1. Services Provided

At Visualory, we offer a wide range of creative services, including but not limited to:

• Explainer videos
• Product demos
• 2D/3D animation
• Scriptwriting and storyboarding
• Visual branding and design

Each project may follow a custom process, but generally includes script development, storyboarding, visual styling, design, and animation.

2. Payment Terms

• A 50% upfront payment is required to initiate the project.
  
• The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery.
  
• Clients who choose to pay 100% upfront are eligible for a 10% discount.
  
• Accepted payment methods include local and international bank transfers, PayPal, and Payoneer.

3. Revisions

We are committed to client satisfaction and offer unlimited fair and reasonable revisions.
To ensure efficiency:

• Please consolidate all feedback per stage (e.g., script, storyboard, design).
  
• Revisions to already approved stages (e.g., modifying the script after design approval) may incur extra charges depending on complexity.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are issued only for the uncompleted portion of the project.
  
• If a project is canceled midway, the refund will be prorated based on work completed.
  
• If a client is unresponsive for 29 days or more, Visualory reserves the right to cancel the project without refund.
  
• Resuming a project after such a hold may incur additional reactivation costs.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Participate in an onboarding and offboarding call.
  
• Approve each stage of the project via email before we proceed.
  
• Provide timely feedback and approvals to avoid delays.
  
• You’re welcome to be as involved as you’d like, but consistent communication is crucial.

6. Delivery and Timelines

• Our standard delivery format is 1920×1080 (Full HD). Custom resolutions are available upon request.
  
• Timelines vary by project scope, and we aim to meet all agreed deadlines.
  
• Delays caused by client inactivity or delayed feedback may shift timelines.
  

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of all final deliverables.
  
• You may use, modify, and distribute the work as you see fit.
  
• We will not use your project in our portfolio or promotional materials without your explicit written permission.
  

8. Limitations of Liability

• While we strive to deliver exceptional quality, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including client unresponsiveness.
  
• If a client does not respond within 9 days, the project enters a soft hold.
  
• Unresponsiveness exceeding 29 days results in a hard hold, and additional charges may apply to resume work with a new team.
  

9. Dispute Resolution

• We prioritize resolving disputes amicably and directly.
  
• If a mutual resolution cannot be achieved, we reserve the right to seek legal counsel.
  
• Both parties agree to communicate reasonably and in good faith to prevent undue harm or disruption.
  

10. Confidentiality

• Visualory respects your privacy and confidentiality.
  
• We are open to signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request.
  
• All proprietary materials shared during the project will remain confidential and will be used solely for project purposes.
